Cash Refund Policy
We process cash refunds for property orders under the following conditions:
Applicable Refunds
If we fail to find a property within the specified time, we refund after deducting 200 BDT search fee.
Non-Refundable Charges
The 200 BDT House Search Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed in the order received, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.
Urgent Refund Requests
For urgent refunds, email us with details. We'll review and assist promptly.
If you require an urgent refund, please email us with the details. We will review your request and do our best to assist.
Ineligible for Refund
Time Limit Exceeded
Complaints made more than 24 hours after order completion
Personal Disputes
Personal disputes with the landlord after contact has been established
Change of Mind
Change of preference after contact has been established with the landlord
Credit Refund Policy
We do not provide cash refunds against credits. However, credits used to unlock a property may be refunded under specific conditions.
If a property is proven eligible for refund, the used credit will be fully returned to your account. Refunded credits can be used to unlock another property.
Credit Refund Eligibility
Property Rented
The property has already been rented out
Unreachable Number
Phone number is unreachable after multiple attempts
Location Mismatch
Location details do not match the listing
72 Hours Window
Refund request must be submitted within 72 hours of unlocking
Credit Returns
Refunded credits are added back to your account
Non-Eligible for Credit Refund
Old Listings
Properties listed more than 3 months ago are not eligible
Exceeds Total Credits
Refund amount cannot exceed total purchased credits
Inconsistency Found
Refund not applicable if inconsistency is found during verification
Misuse or False Info
Refund not applicable if misuse or false information is proven
Policy Updates
Company reserves the right to update policy at any time
